My inspiration to write music or begin a piece of music usually comes from things that happen in my daily life. It could be a book I'm reading, a movie I'm watching, noodling guitar on the couch, improvising to a song, or something I see while walking in the nearby forest... Buuuut inspiration also comes from persistent and continuous work and discipline. Being inspired is sometimes not magical, you can also work for it!
My music is mostly heartfelt and emotional, and it's a kind of therapy for me. But then again, sometimes it's JUST music!
Back in the day I started songs because of things I discovered on guitar and things I wanted to share or I simply liked the energy the riff or the chord progression had.
Nowadays I often start my songs on simpler terms. Eventually I hear a few chords which speak to me with a melody on top and the spark is set.
My Shop
I founded this shop because nowadays it's very difficult to make a living as a composer and musician in general. When I grew up listening to music was the only thing you did. You sat somewhere with your headphones on or in between your speakers and sunk into the music. Nowadays music is often "consumed" while doing something else. But music is more or less reading with your ears! While reading a book you cannot do much on the side, can you?
With only streaming platforms, it's impossible to earn enough unless you have thousands of streams and you are in everybodys playlist. Speaking of this, if you like what I do and want to support me create a playlist and add my songs!
